The latest ai model, claude sonnet 4, plus visual studio code agent mode. Has made software developers obsolete.

It can code more in an hour than i can in a week. Trust me, i did not want this to be true. It aggrieved me to see years of study so casually outshone.

What does the future hold?
Developers will migrate into "AI editors " roles or be sacked. Running multiple AI at once. Relegated to system architects and supervisors.

So seniors like me are in a good place. Intermediates and juniors are fucked.

My prediction is that we will witness many thousands of developers laid off. 1 senior will do the work of an entire team.

The market will get flooded with new saas built in weeks as opposed to years it took competitors.

I have begun my transistion from the dead industry to the new.
I recommend all fellow upgoat devs start immediately to do the same.

Done a number five day fasts, one 7 day fast. This time around, inshallah, I will go until around 10% body fat, however long that takes.

I bought a bunch of cheap beer and kept drinking it all day. Not even getting drunk I just like how it tastes and how its fizzy. Anyway, I got too fat and my pistol was printing so I had to do something about it.

So I ate all my food and then went on a fast. There's no food in the fridge. I didn't even keto for two days prior I just stopped eating. It was fine. The first three days are the toughest.

I'm just listening to my body this time around.

At first my body wanted to drink activated charcoal. So I drank a bunch of it the first two days.

Then my body wanted bentonyte clay. So I drank that for two days.

Then I wanted Zeolite. So I drank that yesterday and will again today.

I also cheat a little and drink two or three cups of coffee per day.

And I drink fasting salts with water and iodine once a day.

I was talking with gymbro about fasting and he kept worrying about losing muscle mass. So I put it to the test.

Before the fast I did 6 sets of 630lb incline leg press while high on preworkouts. Yesterday, on my 5th day, I went to the gym and did 7 sets of 630lb incline leg press without any aids.

Also I am eating MuscleTech Clear Muscle in the morning and night (if I remember) and Calcium HMB in mid-day with the fasting salts. They prevent muscles from breaking down.

Every one of them will instantly be given citizenship and put in a special jewish refugee assistance program giving them each 150k per year.

I'm thinking Trump is thinking Israel might use a nuclear bomb. See Israel's getting hit a whole lot harder than they've ever been hit before and it can show the weakness of Israel like never before can cause netanyahu to lose his job can threaten the very survival of Israel and viability of Israel as a country because now everybody knows they can just be knocked the s*** out of with a bunch of conventional missiles. The illusion of their superiority and the illusion of their total dominance of the region is now gone. So I don't know that they can take much more of all this either in Tehran apparently or rather Iran has tens of thousands of missiles according to most people and they've only fired a couple of hundred so far. So I think what they're going to try to do is decapitate the Ayatollah cuz they think that might stop it and the way to do that to be sure would be in a nuke tehra

And the Ayatollah himself made an interesting statement not too long ago today that he might not live to see I ran through this struggle. So he may have the feeling they may nuke Tehran and they're very few bomb shelters that would allow somebody to live through that.


Now the other thing is Trump not only said that message but he left the G7 meeting in Canada and said he wanted to meet with his national security council Members immediately when he got to Washington DC so definitely something serious is up.

Furthermore the United States has sent about 30 of our air refueling tankers into the area to be nearby so they may anticipate something going on or being ready for something to happen in the area that might turn into something more.

Iran's only hope is to make Israel such a laughing stock that it's no longer viable as the strong man in the region. Then all the controlling Jews that live there move to the Us and other places and the dynamic of Jews being the same hostile Force changes and gets more complicated than just Israel

I mean let's face it I ran doesn't actually have to flatten Israel like Israel has done to cause it. It just has to continue to inflict the kind of damage it's doing now and make Israel be a laughing stock so that no one ever in Israel again can build the same kind of political support for just unmitigated attacks on their neighbors and the illusion that they will totally dominate in the region.

And it looks like I ran may actually do that if Israel doesn't hit Tehran with a nuclear bomb first which I think they may be contemplating.

But even if Israel does it Tehran with a nuclear bomb Iran is a very big country and it's not going to stop the distributed assets that I ran has and it certainly won't make any of those people in Iran feel more likely to want to stop shooting it is real.

So what happens if if Israel is left as a mere shell of itself where the supremacist nation's people can no longer exist in the same mindset that they have where they think they dominate everybody else but they are instead living in total fear and many of the most powerful people in Israel actually just leave and go to the United States or wherever else will have them which I think is one of the reasons they've been trying to take over ukraine.


So I think the mayhem will switch from Israel to Ukraine as the center of the casarian mafia or whatever you want to call it and that's where their operations will be. I think they knew this and that's one of the reasons they've been taking over Ukraine for 10 years is because they knew Israel at some point would be vulnerable to the modern weapons that anybody could buy without even having nukes and now that day is come.

You know they're already replacing all the signs in Ukraine with Hebrew signs. So that'll be pedophile based number one and hopefully Russia won't leave much of a power structure there. Hopefully Russia will destroy Kiev and then the Jews would actually have to disperse. Last 4th of July we sat out in the florida sun almost all day for like 7 days straight. With nothing but sun tan lotion on. Now we've still got tan lines from the last 4th of July (12 months ago).

Me and wifey were driving along and all of a sudden a flapping noise. I stopped and sure enough I ran over a rubber bungy and the S-hook went into this near new tire. The strap beating round and round a few turns bent my fender well in. I got it back in place. Its about 85 degrees out. Me, being me, keep supplies in every vehicle we own. I told wife... I said, woman, get back in and sit in the AC and relax. I jumped out, got some plugs and pump out and do what I do. Had it fixed within a few minutes and airing the tire back up. I did have a little trouble getting that S-hook out. I had to bend it and it was metal so it was hard. I had to channel my anger to bend it. Put everything back and down the road we went. She said "you're the man. You fix everything". I said I told you this day one. I am the man. The last couple months I've had to fix a lot of stuff of ours and did so with keen ability and drive. I am the man. Its my job.

Forgot to mention that a cop stopped and asked if he could help. I said DON'T SHOOT! I CAN'T BREEVS!! and went back to doing what i was doing. He just looked at my wife and told her to have a great day. kek WTF is cop gonna do to help me?? I know better than to talk to a pig without a pack of lawyers.

Crazy shit vid, but I had a flashback.

I was once hitching ouside of Albequerqe. 3 dudes picked me up and wanted to know if I could help with gas money. I thought that was strange as folks picked up hitchhikers expected them to be barouque. Until I had a short convo and learned they were broke and one was heading back to some base in Colorado and the clock was ticking. So I onied up some and off we went. At the on ramp, we saw 2 amazingly hot girls hitching on the on ramp, dude driving slammed the brakes and we literally skidded off the road to a stop.

We rearranged and so blond #1 could sit between the 2 front guys. The best looking one jumped in the back with me and a fella who was a dead ringer for actor charles bronson. Same hat, broken nose...everything. Bronson sparks up a convo, and as a guest I put them both on ignore and stared staight ahead. The hours and the miles rolled on, they eventually both stopped talking and soon enough, Bronson was snoring.

She looked over at me, and being the weak dude I was, smiled at her like I did with all pretty women which was my custom I had no control over....in fact, smiled to most other folks who wanted to say hi for that matter. She melted and dropped down to my crotch where the zipper was soon unzipped so her nimble and lush mouth could work magic on my turgid and overexcited member which she had quickly and expertly freed from it's snug imprisonment.

Truth be told, at this point, I'm embarrased, there are literally 3 other men in the car, dudes I'd never met until a short time before, and except for Bronsen, they're all awake. But at this point, I don't want it to stop as her head bobbed up and down much to my happiness.
